Thomas L. Libby
Mr. Libby has practiced insurance and corporate law in California for 20 years after first working as an insurance adjuster, claims manager, and as a corporate insurance attorney. 

With an insider’s perspective, he now represents individual consumers, businesses, and insurance carriers seeking guidance with insurance claims, insurance policies, and insurance regulatory considerations.

He earned a CPCU credential, the insurance industry’s highest professional designation, after university education at UC Berkeley, Oxford, and the University of San Francisco.

He is admitted to the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of California.
